ЕmoTrain aims to raise the psychological balance of teachers and youth workers for their motivation to work in youth sector. As the result we foresee our target group to be more calm, stable, happy and inspiring creative role models for the young people they work with.
Thanks to the project the participants now:
• Understand what Emotional Intelligence is and why it’s important
• Know different methods and tools (combination of neurographica, emotional intelligence training tools and non-formal education) for dealing with stress and strong emotions
• Know different methods and tools for improving own mental health
• Are able to apply new methods and tools in their work with young people
• Get inspiration and create new working methods themselves.

During the training in Bulgaria, our trainers Kristina Castronovo and Gergana Deenichina, who are certified NeuroGraphica® Instructors created 5 new models which everyone can use for improving their emotional balance and solving of conflicts.

Teachers and youth workers who participated in the training in Sofia, organized group workshops applying the non-formal education methods they learned and created during the training course. In Latvia there were 9 workshops held for 143 participants in total. In Bulgaria there were 9 workshops held for 58 participants in total.

Meet our international team of trainers!
Kristina Castronovo
Miromida
Founder and board member of Miromida, youth worker and project manager with 15 years experience from Latvia, Sweden and Italy, non-formal education trainer of Latvian NA trainers’ pool, as well as neurograhica instructor and aesthetic coach.
Ludmila Sokolova
Miromida
Professional educator and youth worker with more than 10 years of experience in creating and leading teaching and leisure programs in Latvia, Norway and Georgia, mostly for international educational institutions, fairy-tale therapy practitioner, movement and somatics enthusiast.
Ralitsa Popova
E-Academy
Chair of the Knowledge Association, she has been working in the non-profit sector since 2002 and is an experienced trainer in non-formal education. Her passion is working with young people, children and disadvantaged groups.
